Our apartment was carefully renovated in order to enhance the historical elements of the building, exposing details and walls made with the original moltrasio stone discovered during the construction works. we combined these traditional elements with modern technology: floor heating system, air-conditioning unit all independently adjustable in each room, thermal isolation with double-glazing windows, noise and sound proofing, reinforced doors with code. Low impact power consumption is enhanced by a hot water system with heat pump boiler and led lighting.
